Following on from "seeking a mentor"- "constantly learn". For example, when learning to ride a bike, your mentor (mom or dad) will show you and hold your seat as you launch. You may fall, but as you constantly learn, you get up till you eventually get it. Once you get it, you accelerate, remove your training wheels and go faster. You may "accelerate your returns" by investing in a racing bike.

It's the same with success. If you have a mentor, they will show you and guide you, but it is up to you to get up and learn how to ride. You may fall, but as long as you continue learning from your mistakes and experiences, you will eventually "accelerate your returns" by getting to your destination faster and more confidently.

So feel free to fail, even if it means starting over multiple times. You can become a superstar in whatever field you pursue with the right mentor. Believe in yourself, never give up and stay focused - success is an ongoing journey of Kaiszen!
